By default, the GCF supports the Managed Change features of Meridian Enterprise and the Meridian Advanced Project Workflow module. This means that all changes to master documents and project copies, including their references, are replicated between the collaborating sites.
This functionality can be enhanced with the GCF Folder extension described in Configuring folder level collaboration. When the extension is assigned to a project folder type, it is possible to:
Replicate empty folders. New folders in the local vault will also be created at all enlisted sites even if they do not contain documents.
